About Megan Schrader
I live in my little white van named Beluga (yes, like the whale) so I can maximize my time outside and on rocks in beautiful places like Tahoe.
On my climbing rest days, which are few and far between, you can find me learning about native plants, reading the latest mystery thriller, or starting a new and ridiculous hobby that I will likely spend the next two months obsessed with.
My favorite thing about climbing is its community and all the lovely people. Sending it outside with good people is hands down my favorite thing in this world!
Fun Fact:
I once tried to teach Beluga to dance. Turns out, she’s a much better climbing companion than a dance partner!
Secret Talent:
I can name all the plants in Tahoe and tell you a fun fact about each one. Challenge me next time we’re out on the rocks!
Guilty Pleasure:
S'mores. Lots and lots of s'mores. I may or may not carry marshmallows in my climbing pack.
Sending good vibes and high-fives your way! Hope to meet you soon!

About Zach Fletcher
Hi, I'm Coach Zach Fletcher, founder and head coach at Adventure Fit Dojo and the Mind Body Climb App.
About My Climbing Journey:
At 27, I discovered climbing and was instantly hooked. But like many climbers, I struggled, barely managing the easy climbs. I vividly remember my first outdoor 10a, and it kicked my butt.
Finally, I found mentors and refined my training methods, leading to a complete transformation. I went from struggling with 5.10s to confidently climbing 5.13s on El Capitan and V9 boulders outdoors. This experience fueled my passion for helping others achieve similar breakthroughs.
That’s why I created the Mind Body Climb App and opened Adventure Fit Dojo—to help climbers achieve their biggest goals.
This retreat offers the same transformative experience. With my deep knowledge of Tahoe’s climbing terrain and passion for coaching, I’ll provide hands-on guidance and support. Whether tackling Tahoe’s best boulders or honing your technique at our private training center, you’ll benefit from my two decades of experience and coaching.

The climbing was amazing but I would have paid double just for the coaching. We eat great and the whole experience was. good vibe.
